WHO WE ARE
The Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA) is the leading consumer advocate for employers that offer participant-directed retirement plans to their employees. PSCA is widely regarded as the Voice of the Plan Sponsor.
PSCA was founded in 1947, and is a 501(c)(6) organization. It is a diverse, collaborative community of 1000 employee benefit plan sponsors, working together on behalf of more than seven million employees to preserve and expand the success of the employer-sponsored retirement system.
PSCA represents employers of all sizes and industries. It offers a forum for comprehensive dialogue and serves as a resource to policymakers, the media, and other stakeholders as part of our commitment to improving retirement security for all Americans.
